I’ve been there, that time when you are studying mathematics, and you just wish you had asked your teacher or tutor that one question thats burning you now. The question where you feel if you could just get an answer or some help, it would really lock in your understanding.

Well, guess what? Help is here!

At AdvantageLearn.com we have made a point of making our learner (student) help an absolute priority, and this is why we have launched teacher support to all of our Maths Online learners (subscribers). And it is really simple to use! Watch the video above to see how or follow these three simple steps below:

Step 1: Click the support widget

Step 2: Select New Conversation

Step 3: Ask your question

It’s that simple, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Currently, our live support hours are from 08:30 – 17:00. We are working hard to build the capacity to extend these hours. Remember, you can ask a question anytime. However, we will only get to answering it during those times, for now!
